Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or show signs of use
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
